It takes a village to support someone to live and die well. What role can you play?
Asking for and accepting help can be challenging for many people. Discover how to identify and mobilise a caregiving network for yourself or someone you care about, drawing on family, friends, neighbours, colleagues, volunteers, and available services.
Together, this network can build a strong circle of care that provides the practical, emotional, and social support needed to help people navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, connection, and wellbeing.
Members of the SW Compassionate Communities Network, SW Hospice and local Palliative Care services will be supporting this session.
